Arts in Health Services

Working in partnership with Healthcare professionals, arts organisations, and fellow artists, my experience enables the co-creation of meaningful, high-quality art projects that connect and build communities. The evidence gathered over the past 20 years, has demonstrated that creating and appreciating the arts has huge social and health benefits.

I am passionate about bringing individual voices, stories, and artwork to life into tactile, sensory artforms. Participants have positive creative experiences, identifying themselves as artists, not people with a health condition.

My arts in health projects and collaborations also support the mental health of carers, support workers, and NHS staff. I also work with individuals that want to have an art practice but don’t know where to start or how to overcome creative blocks.
